Daughter of Babylon Part 4 her destruction

Truthfully, I never thought about writing a part four to this, but after doing so studying on Revelations and a little research on the internet I stumbled upon by accident, more concerns of mine surfaced, which added new insight to the future.  Much of this is disturbing from what I found.  Interestingly enough, the future is my biggest concern for my children, and yours, because they will not see the freedom of America as I did when I was a child.
There is so much information to share I will not get into details, for I do not have much to back it up, but with the evil in men's hearts, God knowing the future as well as the past, and the enemy doing what he can to orchestrate the New World Order so that he may be worshipped as lord, it has to happen but I had no idea it was this close to fruition.  My spirit has been stirred ever since our current President was "re-elected."
Ready?

While I still can, I am going to start from the White House and work my way around from there.  In 2008, America elected Barack Obama in the ruse that Republicans created the recession of 2008 (which was truly started in the Carter years and further enhanced during Clinton's eight years).  He kept his past in the dark, and the under the disguise from the cry "Bush did it," Obama was able to keep a low profile.  Through his marvelous gift of speech (which Hitler had as well), he was able to sift through the other candidates and easily defeated John McCain, a moderate trying to run as a conservative.
Once, elected and inaugurated into office, he sent executive orders and spent millions of dollars of money made from his book to protect and "erase" much of his past, including his birth and his college records.  Strangely, many of those who voted for him didn't care of his past, just that America needed to make sure a Republican would not sit in the White House.
His first strategy was to mask from the public his true intentions.  No matter the lies spoken from him, people seemed not to care in the slightest.  Obama criticized President Bush about the spending as a Senator of Illinois (which has its mountains of own problems that never get fixed), and he has done the opposite of what his mouth spoke years before, and there are reasons why he IS doing it, which I will get into later.  In his eight years of office, George W. Bush ran an average deficit of around $500B for a total of about $4T in debt.  Our current President in his first FOUR years averaged $1.5T in debt, incurring an extra $6T, which is three times that amount.  He has allowed the Democrat controlled Senate to not seek a budget in four years, and that won't change for the next four...and there is a specific reason for this.
Let's move on to his faith.  He has claimed Christian faith, but NOTHING in his walk, or his wife's, has proven this in any way.  He re-signed the Mexican City papers, which uses taxpayer money to fund abortions around the world.  In 2012, he became the first President to endorse same sex marriage, and decided not to back the Defense of Marriage Act.  He has stiffed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on a few occasion right in the White House, but has never made any attempt to visit Israel.  Obama has defended more of the Muslim nations than help any America allies around the world.  Recently, he sent F-15 fighters to Egypt, which they gladly accepted, even though their government is run by the Muslim Brotherhood, which has sworn against the "Big Satan," America.  Mr. Obama has even apologized for America's "arrogance" in certain Muslim dominated nations, never truly defending her and the good she has done through giving.
There is now no doubt in my mind that President Obama, with a select few that are unnamed, who are willing to take every chance to destroy America, even it means the global economy, and there is a distinct reason for it.  Right now, the world does not know who the antichrist is, but I do believe, as many others do, that the antichrist is alive today.  But I do believe many elitists and politicians around the world have one thing in common - to destroy the American economy and to complete destroy the value of the dollar.
Ever wonder why the Department of Homeland Security has purchased so many weapons in the last year?  There also have been rumors of FEMA making mass graves in Phoenix and Houston areas (though I cannot confirm or deny such events), and even training for military and the National Guard of civilian unrest and the need to protect government interest over citizens.  Why is this needed?  Are they preparing for something to happen in America?

Understand, if the economy collapses, many totally dependent on the welfare payroll will be ticked off first.  First, civilian uprising until the torch is lit where some people feel the need to take more "free stuff."  By doing this, businesses will be lost, insurance companies will either go belly up or bankrupt, major cities will be good for nothing.  At first thought, any upheaval may have been caused by the demand over the Second Amendment, which I will not rule out, but unlikely.  Many law abiding citizens would be willing to protest peacefully, and this would not lead to the government's need to show force.
Has anyone ever heard of these three people:
David Wilkerson
A.A. Allen
Dimtru Duduman
The first two are possible, and A.A. Allen ran into problems in his later years.  But David Wilkerson has a major vision sometime in 1971 and he was reluctant to share it, due to its extremity and making sure this was from the LORD.  He wrote a book about, and there is a sermon some have shared on YouTube.  It talks of New York City burning to the point where it would be "good for nothing."
Dimtru Dudman was a Romanian that was under great persecution and tortured by the government.  Ultimately, they just gave up on him and he was able to come to America with his family.  Not to long after, he had a vision of America burning in many cities, destruction everywhere.  He spent the rest of his life preaching and telling Christians to prepare for the future and persecution.
Some have had visions about a Russian invasion after the collapse, due to America being at its most vulnerable point.  Other possibilities have been a nuclear bomb from North Korea or Iran, but in any of these cases, there are people working to usher in the New World Order, and from their standpoint, America is the only one keeping these dreams from coming to fruition.  Please note two things mankind is glamoured over - power and greed.
What is a good way to usher in a socialist type government today?  Proclaim in under the name of progressive and liberalism, promote the governmental desire to do good but taxing Peter to give freely to Paul (welfare) to the point where the money dries up.  With no growth in the business sector, government will control the monetary routes, forcing the economy to tank.  When America goes, the world will have to follow.  After a period of time where riots are the norm on the earth, the antichrist will come to the rescue, set the world right again via the NWO system.
In between, David Wilkerson saw major persecution of the churches and believers.  Churches were confiscated by the government and eventually would be deserted, causing meetings to be in homes or more so, underground.  Good chance food will be rationed, grocery stores will have empty shelves, because they are not equipped to handle more than three days for their normal use of customers.  Gas will either be rationed or be far too expensive to purchase, even for the rich.  America will not be the same, and I believe it will happen within the next five years.  I have no proof, and I hope I am wrong.
To put this simply, many in the church will not be ready for this, especially when the government begins its persecution.  Today, we tell those that Christ did it all at Calvary, but we don't live it.  If we can't live it in the freedom we have now, there is no way we would have the faith and courage to show Jesus in the midst of a world that hates Jesus.
I have been uneasy in my spirit ever since President Obama was re-elected.  I have my concerns he is a closet Muslim, and America is the big satan to him.  He will have no regrets if America is destroyed, for America will be more vulnerable when her economy falls, and what better way then to put so much debt on her future she will have to repay it by giving up her dollar for a world currency.  This won't happen overnight but the closer she gets the cliff, the quicker she can go over.  Christians can cry for God to take them home, but the way home will have many obstacles and bumps.  The godly shall be persecuted (2 Timothy 3:12), and if you think you Can get out if it, then you better examine yourself to see of you are in the faith (2 Corinthians 13:5).
There are people who want the NWO, even in America.  If the madness doesn't stop and turn around in repentance, you should expect it to happen.  But, will you be ready?

Breaking Our Spirits

Luke 3:8
Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

I just finished quickly reading a small book by Paul Washer called "Ten Indictments Against the Modern Church" (or something like this, I may not have totally right).  He wrote of a meeting he had with an elderly preacher, and the old man told him how God "broke the spirits" of those before they were saved.  This part of the book kept me thinking til I fell asleep, and it still is in the back of my mind.
Another story was taught by John Hagee of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio.  He mentioned on how some teach wild stallions when they are caught and taming them so they can be broken and ridden.  The story was when a stallion was caught, it was tied to a mule and let loose.  While it spend its time bucking and trying to break free, it literally drags the mule around for miles.  The mule does not fight, for it knows it does not have the strength to match the stallion.  Eventually, after the stallion is exhausted and can no longer fight, the mule then drags the stallion back to the owner.

The lesson learned in this is that the wild stallion had to have it spirit "broken" by the humility of the mule.  In the old days of "them preachers" (John Wesley, Charles Finney, Jonathan Edwards) taught of sin and that people without repentance, even those who go to church, are on their way to hell.  They broke their spirits in need of getting those who heard the message to bear fruits worthy of repentance.  Look at these words from the John the Baptist BEFORE Jesus came:
Luke 3:7-10
Then said he to the multitude that came forth to be baptized of him,
O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? [8] Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. [9] And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. [10] And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do then?

And this was said of his words:
Luke 3:18
And many other things in his exhortation preached he unto the people.

We expect nice words to say to those in need of a Savior.  I call it the path of least resistance.  The sinner's prayer, say it once, and you are instantly saved.  No repentance.  No acknowledgement of sin, no change, no fruits.  No guilt.  At the end of the service, have everyone stand and repeat the same words so no one will feel "left out" or embarrassed, and you are automatically given the key to the kingdom.  No fruits worthy of repentance, then they walk out the door of the church no different from when they came in.
The Word says that the exalted will be humbled, and the humbled will be exalted.  Until the wild stallion in us gets exhausted trying to run from the "humbleness" of the spirit through conviction, we truly will not be bearing fruits worthy of the kingdom.  I lost everything at one point in my life.  Homeless for five years, even those homeless were stealing from me.  But I will still that "wild stallion."  Not until a relationship with a married woman (yes, not my wife) did I finally come the futility of running, and fourteen years ago I gave it all over.  At times, the old man wants to resurface, but finally all my spirit was broken, now I am continually being humbled by His Spirit.
I will never say I am better, it is a daily walk to take up my cross and deny myself daily.  It is now nice to be reminded of the need to have my spirit broken, so humility can keep it together.  I wonder what would happen of the good ole preachers would say to the church of today.  Jesus was beaten, embarrassed, tortured in public for YOUR SAKE.  It will cost you much of everything you are to follow Him and stand to be His witness on earth.  It may one day cost you your physical life, than your faith will be tested.
Will you repentance show?

Total Government Part 1

Recently a story came about the final moments of  Morningland Dairy, after a two year battle with the government, even though they did nothing wrong.  Last Friday (Jan. 25th, 2013), the state milk board took control of $250k worth of cheese (or what was left of it) and took to a landfill to be burned, thus, effectively destroying the business.  This was a family owned farm in Missouri that donated much of its milk and cheese to those in need in the Ozarks.  In the thirty years of its existence, it NEVER failed a test, even in the worst of place and never had a case of people getting sick from one ounce of its products.  Nevertheless, someone must have felt threatened by their product, as in 2011 it's cheese and raw milk was seized by the government for no apparent reason.  In its fight in the court, none of the tests were brought up as evidence, as officials tested their product 99 times, each one came back negative.  To save time, more of the story can be found here:
http://newswithviews.com/Hannes/doreen118.htm
Back during World War 2, Congress became worried of propaganda, so the Fairness Doctrine was introduced.  Back then, there was not much of a deal, since Democrats and Republicans were not that far apart.  I may be wrong, but this doctrine in communications (there was only newspapers, magazines and radio back then) was eventually abolished in the Ronald Reagan years.  Interestingly, the liberal minded Democrats are jealous of the success of the conservative radio shows (Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Michael Savage have been near the top for many years) and want to demand THEIR say on their opposition's time.  So far, it hasn't made much distance, since very few can't hold a candle to what El Rushbo has done for years.
Why I am writing on how the government is slowly taking control of certain factions of businesses under the radar and under the guise of wellness.  Though I have only seen the movie trailer, Netflix has a movie that I will see real soon called "Farmageddon," which showcases small farms constantly under attack by the government.  My surmise is that the government wants a conglomerate market, one that abides completely to their rules, but not necessarily the benefits of its citizens.  Consider that a reporter asked Obama if the Affordable Care Act was the "piece de resistance," than he and the rest of the government should be under its umbrella as well.  The President did his wonderful magic trick of avoidance by not answering the question.  It was also brought to the attention of other Congress personnel before voting to have them transfer their health care over to Obamacare, and NONE of the Democrats refused, then rammed it through so it can become law, thus, fulfilling Nancy Pelosi, who said "we need to pass the bill so we can see what's in it."  This gives the benefit of finding ways to change it before the 2300 pages can be published.
To pique more interest, we have on cable CSPAN and CSPAN2, which is to broadcast both Houses of Congress during times of session.  We have a President who promised (where have we heard that before?) the greatest transparency of any administration.  Yet, he has used the greatest disregard of bipartisan promotion by going through executive orders to bypass Congress and the U.S. Constitution, which has sworn on the Bible TWICE to uphold.    America is in dangerous waters, and so is the church.
What?  How can I say that?  the following Scriptures I will bring up to show you something that has had me thinking for quite so time, but now I can understand fully, which I will explain to the best of my ability.

Jeremiah 21:10
For I have set my face against this city for evil, and not for good, saith the Lord: it shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

Jeremiah 22:25
And I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand of them whose face thou fearest, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.

During Jeremiah's time, he was instructed by God to warn Israel of its impending captivity.  For those seventy years, the Jews had to adhere to the reign of King Nebuchadrezzar of Babylon.  The dilemma I have yet to figure out is if Hananiah is still prophesying good over the church or have we been given over to the "Babylon" of our government.  The issue is the same, the only difference is God is not going to bring America into captivity not physically, but socially, by radically allowing the change to come through the government.  I believe it hasn't fully happened yet, since those of God truly listening in the Spirit will here the words "Flee from the Daughter of Babylon" (Jeremiah 51:6).  I truly believe what God has done in the natural in the OT can happen in the spiritual in the NT.
This is the question I have today for the Body of Christ:
"Are we wanting to hear Hananiah's prophesy that God will deliver us or Jeremiah's warning, which was God's will?"
Remember, because of Israel's disobedience and ignorance of God but accepting idol worship and acting mundane to His laws, God brought the Babylonian Empire into the picture.  Also remember it was the dream God gave to King Nebuchadrezzar that foretold the future kingdoms, including the final one, that acts like feet mixed with iron and clay.  This was done to humble both the king and promote the humble in Daniel for the benefit of the Jews.
Can the same happen to the church in America?  Yes, but is the condition better or worse that the Jews of that time before God?  If we are to judge ourselves according to what we believe, we are perfect and righteous, but much of the Bible we neglect to examine ourselves in full knowledge of the truth.  We say a sinner's prayer without knowledge of sin and expect repentance is a natural, then walk out of church not having one ounce of change in our hearts.  Many in the church rather would here Hananiah's words of "encouragement" than Jeremiah's word of truth.  Itching ears is easier to digest in their spirit than truth in love.
If many in the Body understood who God in other ways instead of limiting Him to "man's view" of love, we can begin to trust Him through trials and persecutions.  Jeremiah 9:23-24 is not quoted enough from believers, because there is one part many disagree is part of Him:

Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: [24] But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.

I have met people who have boasted on their wisdom of the word.  I have heard many on TV who boast of their "might in their spirit," and others have felt their riches are signs of blessings of the Almighty.  But the true glory is KNOWING HIM, and we truly can know Him by His ways He exercises patience and mercy, judgment and righteousness, which says He DELIGHTS in doing.  Strange that we are willing to miss the ones we don't want to believe in.

If there is a time we need to examine ourselves, and allow the Holy Spirit to do the cleaning, this is the time.  Once the persecution begins, and if you are under the pressure of a Babylonian style government, by then it may be too late.  By then you may not have enough faith to stand in the face of the enemy.  Don't expect the rapture to save you, since the possibility of America's demise can happen before the rise of the antichrist.  Please, don't take that chance.  He is holy, and He wants His children to be SEPARATE (2 Corinthians 6:17).  Either rid yourself of the world, or become a friend of it.  There is no gray area, no fence to straddle.  Look at your spiritual feet, what ground is it on?  We can't chase Him on Sundays and ignore Him the rest of the week.  We can't worship Him in church that seek idols during the rest of the week.
The church needs to be challenged.  It chooses to stand far away while claiming His presence is strong.  Our spirits need to be broken, and we won't let the Holy Spirit convict us where it is needed.  Sadly, we are showing a form of godliness but denying its power.  We are more afraid of showing the Light on ourselves.  Is this the God we want to show to a world that needs it, or One that is full of love, Mercy and is Holy?
Final note:  What would the church be like of John Edwards, Charles Finney, John Wesley and the like do with the church today?
Just a food for thought.

what happened to America?

Now, I am not sure if I will be getting Scriptures in here.  Much of the last three posts where on America and her future demise.  First, I did make an error, as the League of Nations regularly met at Geneva, Switzerland, and the first meeting to endorse the United Nations met in San Francisco.  My mistake was I was doing it by memory and I did not utilize the time to research.  My bad.
I am not yet fifty years old.  But just in the last ten to fifteen years America has done such a transformation that I doubt any would recognize her a great, moral nation.  I do know David Barton wrote a book on how the judicial system began to change after World War 2 and how it started changing the moral fabric of the nation and slowly eroding the religious foundation of America.  Today, we have the ACLU and the Freedom From Religion on the continual attack for ANYTHING to resembles a religious symbol.
On Facebook, someone posted a letter that was written as a letter to the editor, and he spoke on the morality of this nation.  If I could find it, I would find a way to get permission to do it here for you to read.  If I find it, I will post the link.
We can't call homosexuality as the truth we see, it is a hate crime.  The roles are reversed, it is free speech.  If people lie under oath, it is felony.  If Congress lies, it's politics.  If white mentions anything against a black, even if it's truth, it is racist.  If it is done the other way, it's their First Amendment right.  If we find life on another planet, we praise it all glory.  But we can take our other's lives who can't protect themselves through abortion and call it women's rights.  Attacking Christianity is part of separation of church and state, but no other religion is under that scope.
Government now feels the need to punish society to protect it.  Our Second Amendment rights are under attack, for now politics believe it can take away from law abiding citizens and assume criminals will follow suit.  Just blows my mind away that a California Rep. Diane Feinstein wants to rid most guns yet, she has a concealed carry permit.
Hypocrite.
Government now wants to tell doctors they know better for their patients, and I bet none of them will be physicians.  Government will now have access to everyone's bank accounts, but does not have any accountability to have a budget and an open checkbook.  Somehow, it wants to tell me what is best for our children, when God left that authority to the father and mother.  To finish this, our current administration placed almost 6000 new regulations in 90 days from the last elections and many businesses were not told of them.  Now many are facing fines and jail time for the reckless abandonment of government to control its citizens.
We make rules that killing an eagle or its eggs are a $250K fine and time in jail, killing our own is protected by law.  We endorse idols through sports and music, we allow pornography as free speech, but under one word of Jesus Christ and we will soon be labeled as crazy and a lunatic.  Popularity is now bred through immorality and sexualism than how to carry a lady in society past.
Even inside the church we now chase what we shouldn't have.  We believe we can either move the line to better ourselves without holiness or cross the line into sin and call out for forgiveness, since it is easier to live in continual forgiveness than repentance.  America is sick, and it keeps kicking out the Physician.
It cries out for God, wondering why He allows such evil to take place, but America refuses to acknowledge that we have kicked God out of the country.  Amazing that we take praise for anything that goes well with us, but when things go wrong, somehow it is God's fault.  We have no direction at all.
America has plenty of idols.  America has plenty of sin.  America has led the world into following her lead into destruction.  America needs to be judged, and I hope He warns His people in time.  I will have a hard time believing God will let this go untouched.
How many more abortions before the one child is reached and God has to act?  How much longer do we have?

Daughter of Babylon Part 3

In this blog, I am going to concentrate on the "great city Babylon."
I began to make my point that New York City will play a key concerning the future in the last days.  We need to start around the birth of the United States to get a start on how New York City.  Once we establish a good point, we will see where it all ends, especially in the last days.
Understand, Washington was not the capital of this fledgling nation, at one point it was New York City.  When the Founding Fathers finally finished the Constitution, it went past St. Paul's church (which is still standing today) into an area to meet and make a covenant through prayer.  This area where they met is now distinctively known now as Ground Zero, or where the Twin Towers were before their destruction on September 11th, 2001.  Please remember as you read on this is the area which originally began our government through prayer.
Fast forward to pre-2001.  Standing in the place of the prayer are the Twin Towers, the area which now houses the Stock Market.  In the movie "Trading Places," the character played by Dan Akyroyd said (paraphrased) this was "the last place of capitalist greed" in the world (I probably butchered the words).   Even Osama bin Ladin enjoyed the destruction of the sign of America's wealth.  In place of where was once prayer for our government is wealth and greed.  One one day, one attack brought 3000 died and the symbol of America down in around a hour.  In our stubbornness, we had to rebuild, this time taller and bigger.  In my view, it is a true defiance to God in the manner of the Isaiah 9:10 and the tower of Babel.

Today New York City holds around 10 million people at any given time.  I believe Hurricane Sandy was a warning, now that it has been over three months and STILL the government hasn't been able to commit, leaving thousands still homeless and unable to come back to their homes.  Insurance companies have slowed the process for some, and even meteorologists were amazed at the hybrid Sandy turned out to be.  As a disclaimer, I am not going to say this was judgment on New York City, but a warning.  Ground Zero was flooded, and the rebuilding was put to a halt.  Still, politicians responded by saying it will not stop.
After World War I, Woodrow Wilson had a dream to see the nations slowly work together as one.  Eventually, the League of Nations was formed, and began meeting I believe in San Francisco.  When the Great Depression came, meetings became sparse and it never came to full completion.  After World War II, a newer and established form of the desired New World Order came as the United Nations.  The United Nations building is now in New York City, in which taxpayer money pays a good chunk of money to keep it funded.  The Bible does not say this is how the New World Order is birthed, but knowing the freefall of the economy and the possible chaos that would ensue, this would be the perfect opportunity for the antichrist to take center stage.
I will see how well I can bring us up to speed concerning New York City.  It is the centerpiece of greed in America, it is building its tower of Babel in defiance to God, and houses the United Nations, which would love to take the authority over her, considering that she is the major country that stands in her way for universal rule.  Our Second Amendment stands in the way for our government to take socialist control.
Oops, back to NYC.  New York recently made a law regarding certain firearms.  Some may say this is nothing to worry about, but it always lead to something else.  Hitler made a law for all German to register their weapons, which all citizens obliged.  Once this was done, the government knew where the weapons were, so he followed suit by collecting them.  Once this was done, the German citizens were silly putty to whatever Hitler wanted, and there was nothing they could do to defend themselves.  If we allow this to happen, Congress and our President will take the opportunity away, and the rest of our freedoms will begin to vanish, one by one.
I have not lived in NYC, but it nothing like it was in the Founding Father's time.  Yes, time do change, but the spiritual and moral laws do not over time.  Greed, sex, pride, even the idea to birth the New World Order are present in NYC.  But there is two things, one Scriptural, should scare ANYONE in the future about NYC.  Here's one:

Rev. 18:21
And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Below is the link to a vision that was shown to David Wilkerson in the early 1970s, in which he saw New York City burning everywhere.  The sermon he gave was before he wrote the book.  In a YouTube video I watched today, Carter Conlon said David agonized for weeks whether to write a book about it (he did), because he wanted to be sure and he might have prayed that this wasn't real and asked for mercy.  To put things in perspective, a man named Dietru Duduman came from Romania from oppression and made it America.  While he was suffering on a place to live, God shown him a vision of America burning in its major cities, and you can also google A.W. Tozer and his dream of destruction all around America.  I have read and heard some of his sermons and he as dismayed at the church and the condition of America in his time (note, he passed away in 1964).  Three prominent godly men, three very clear dreams of America under attack.
Let's put some clues that make this very possible and scary for her future.  Currently, there are sparks and fuel present in America that I did not mention before in the previous blogs.  With the Second Amendment under attack from the liberal Democrats, with our right to bear arms.  Since the mass killings at Sandy Hook elementary school, the current administration has made steps to avert Congress (again) and promote his abuse of powers to present new "rules" of gun control.  Even Rep. Diane Feinstein of California went to drastic measures to promote a bill to severely limit weapons.  I do not know the numbers, but there are millions in America who own guns for protection, imagine the uproar and the possible civil upheaval.  Add to the blatant bill passed by our brave Congress, where anyone speaks against anyone where Secret Service is involved, could be given a felony, punishable up to ten years.  What happened to free speech EVERYWHERE?
The atmosphere is ripe for the citizens to stand up to the government officials, and could leave some major cities burning and looting, including New York City.
Notice the words in the above Scripture - "thus, with violence that great city will be thrown down."  No army will need to come to destroy America, it has all the makings for New York City to be burned down with violence.  With ten million people, anything is possible.  If this does happen, another prophecy is fulfilled and it would take years for NYC to rebuild.
Five times Babylon is said to have fallen.  Before the fifth time, an angel says to stand afar off of her torment, for in one hour her judgment has come (see Revelations 18:10).  Eleven verses later, the great city is no more.  It will no longer resemble the great city it once was, and I doubt it will no longer be rebuilt.  Take time to listen to David Wilkerson's sermon on God's vision of New York City.
Be prepared:
Isaiah 48:20
Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth; say ye, The Lord hath redeemed his servant Jacob.

It may be time to flee.  All I can say, is I hope for the rapture.  I do not want to be around to see this happen, especially with children.  Billy Graham said it best, if God doesn't judge America, He will have to apologize for Sodom and Gomorrah.  Mr. graham has the heart for American's to seek repentance and forgiveness, but will it tip the scales?

Only time will tell.

His grace,

Michael

Daughter of Babylon Part 2

Rev. 16:19
And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Rev. 17:5
And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

In my previous post, I have given proof of America being the daughter of Babylon.  The question now comes into play, what will happen to America in the last days.  First, I have heard some interesting things about what might happen, things that will lead up to her destruction due to her snubbing her nose at God.  I do know it will only get worse, as her rebellion is accelerating.  Can the Body of Christ stop it, or at least, slow it down?  Prayer is effective but eventually America will have to face the judgment since it refuses His mercy.  So I will concentrate on the possibilities of her demise.

Zech. 14:12
And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

1.  With her enemies no collecting nuclear weapons, this is a distinct choice.  Many countries now have nuclear capability and weapons that it would love to use on America.  North Korea is developing a long range weapon that can reach past 7200 kilometers, which would reach America's mainland.  Currently, news is about Iran building a nuclear weapon, and their current president is adamant on Israel's destruction.  If they have their crosshairs on what they call "little satan," what might they have in mind for the "big satan?"

What is the difference between what might happen to America and other's hatred for Israel?  With the above Scripture, notice two words that should strike a chord - "this shall."  Those who fight against Jerusalem, their flesh will consume away while still on their feet.  In current weaponry , there is only ONE that can cause your flesh to melt instantly before anything hits the ground, that is a nuclear weapon.  I won't get into detail, but with a million degrees from the blast, this "plague" is definite.  The difference is God will defend Israel, the apple of His eye, for He will show those who oppose the Jews that He is above all.  So I do not believe nuclear war will happen around Israel, but America has her enemies.

2.  The other possibility is EMP, which stands for ElectroMagnetic Pulse.  This is better called a dirty bomb, which is used as a nuclear weapon, but in a smaller degree and exploded in the atmosphere.  Once it explodes, it sends out a "web," which when it reaches the earth, causes ALL electronics to shut down.  Imagine the chaos this would bring.  Cell phones, computers, serves, electricity, your car, radio communications, all useless.  With every bank using electronic fund transfer and keeping track of your account, with this down, ALL will be erased.  You won't be able to buy anything, even if you had cash, for businesses now do all transactions using computer software.  Whatever savings you had - gone.  If this happened during the winter, all heating would be firewood.  Living in apartments would not be possible anymore.  America would be thrust back to the 1800s, in an instant.  This generation would be totally lost.

Will this happen from my view.  Could be, it just depends on how fast the recovery is, which I do not know.  Scripture tells us the the two witnesses (who I believe are Enoch and Elijah) will be slain and in the same hour, their bodies will be shown for the world to see (see Revelations 11).  The world will celebrate for three and a half days, so how is this possible without satellite and internet use?  Just my theory, not written in stone.

3.  America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves. - Abraham Lincoln
Interesting that I don't believe that America can be destroyed by an outside military force.  Why?  It won't need to, considering that the destruction will be done by the government and those whom elected them into office.  Now, for the first time in many decades, America was attacked by an enemy that could not be counterattacked, a human bomb.  In 2001, the Twin Towers came down, and the Pentagon was kamikazed by jihadists, but this wasn't done from the outside, it began from the inside of America.  A few days later, the collapse of the stock market.  Almost to the day, the stock market fell again seven years later, which has me pondering are we ready for another, but this one we cannot recover from?  (If any has read about the Isaiah 9:10 harbinger, there is too many coincidences to ignore.)  There is one chance we could attacked from outside, and that would take away the Second Amendment and its rights to for America's citizens to bear arms.  With the border of Mexico still not secured (probably never will be), we might be easy prey through this access.

4.  Last year, no less than 26 states faced drought conditions.  The background is getting ripe for the Dust Bowl of the 1930s to return, as the need for rain, and snow during this winter, is drastically needed to get crops and the ground back to where it will produce.  Sadly, the government has put in place "protection" that will use taxpayer money if the farmers can't produce.  Understand, I want the best, but some might want to fail on purpose, knowing they will still collect.

Now, the best way, no, how about the worst way, to hit America, is in her pocketbook.  Lehman Brothers went bankrupt in 2001, taking around $7B with it.  America's GDP and economy would be hit hard God took the weather and used it against America to destroy its wealthy foundation.  It took a war to get America slowly back on her feet again from the Great Depression.  With very little growth in her growing, America faced a long climb.
Someone predicted that the stock market would hit 5000 points.  I did not think it was possible, since the lowest was around 7000, and it has made it back over 13,000.  But if America is to be judged, imagine the fall of the stock market from where it is now - a 50% drop.  Now imagine the value of the dollar.  You can't afford what you took for granted.  With America giving money to other countries, that money would be useless, instant depression that world may never be the same until the antichrist comes to save the day.  By then, many will be raptured.

Revelations does not say HOW Babylon has fallen, I choose to be open minded but not figuring any which way.  God is just and His way is not our way.  If Israel was sent into captivity and only the poor was spared, we can't expect the Almighty to do anything different.  God will protect his children but we must choose our first allegiance is to His kingdom, not America.  She has broken her covenant, she has shed innocent blood and called it "women's rights."  Soon, I believe the government will get the door open for legalizing same sex marriage over states rights.  There will be a short window for God to hear the cries of His children to seek repentance for America, but will we have not enough to fill the cup of the saints?

Lastly, there will be violence that will thrown down the city of Babylon.  Note the city, not nation.  Babylon in the OT was the capital, or seat of the Chaldeans and Babylonians.  In Revelations 17, it mentions about seven mountains were it sits.  Today only two cities have that distinction, Rome and New York City.  Rome houses the Vatican, which has much clout around the world.  NYC houses Wall Street and the United Nations.  What I think I will post in the next blog, using why I believe NYC is in dangerous ground.  Just too much to continue here.
Stay tuned.

His grace,

Michael

Daughter of Babylon, part 1

Isaiah 47:9
But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments.

Coming from Isaiah 47, the whole chapter refers to the "Daughter of Babylon."  For the last couple days, my study has been around the city of Babylon, so I will give some shorts of it.  Babylon and Babel come from the same Hebrew root word, where Babel meant confusion, while Babylon was call the "Gate of the Gods."  It was known for its hanging gardens, and like many of the surrounding regions and tribes, had their gods of worship.  It was ahead of its time with its mathematics, but personal gods and witchcraft was prevalent in its culture.  Now let's move to today.

Who could the daughter of Babylon be?  Certain parts of the chapter I will list and maybe we can find some clues on possibilities on possible countries, and then we will check on Revelations to see if we can get a match.

 1.  virgin daughter of Babylon
 2.  daughter of the Chaldeans
 3.  lady of kingdoms
 4.  "given My people until thine hand, but shown them no mercy"
 5.  I shall be a lady forever
 6.  thou given to thou pleasures
 7.  not sit as a widow
 8.  the loss of children
 9.  multitude of the sorceries, great abundance of enchantments
10. trusted in thy wickedness
11.  With wisdom and knowledge, there is none like me
12.  Weary of the multitude of thy counsels
13.  monthly prognosticators.

For now, there is more to add, but I believe this is sufficient to see where this blog is going.  I am going to concentrate on a few of them and see about later connecting the dots.  Number 4 talks of where the LORD actually allowed His people, the Jews, to be placed in their hand, but was shown no mercy.  Around the last quarter century of the 1800's, America saw an influx of immigrants from around the world, including Jews that were scattered on the globe.  Not many people know this, but during the 1910 through the Great Depression, there was made a declaration to limit immigrants to America.  This number was so small of those allowed in America, that millions were turned away.  Just before World War II, German Jews were given a chance to leave Germany in fear of the eugenics brought forth by Hitler's dream of a master race.  One ship left Germany, and sought asylum through many countries, including America, but we turned them away.  They had no choice but to return to Germany, running out of fuel and no country willing to take them in.  On board was around 500 Jews, and they were led to slaughter.  Franklin Delano Roosevelt was boasted of being a great President, but from my standpoint, this is a great blemish.  All he had to do was open up our borders, and he could have possibly saved millions of Jews.  He chose, as America's spokesman, to show no mercy.
Fast forward past Israel's rebirth in 1948.  For argument sake, I will bring up the last few Presidents since 1988. All of the Presidents and their administrations since George H.W. Bush up to our current administration headed by Barack Obama, has done everything to promote a two headed state with Palestine by Israel giving up more of her land.  Everyone of these has tried, some have succeeded in getting Israel to concede more land, and now the United Nations, with the United States help, has "approved" in acknowledging Palestine has a state, even being brazen enough to announce East Jerusalem under Palestinian rule.  Israel has defied this, but building more Jewish settlements there.  Every time America's leaders has attempted more land cessation, God has responded in big deal, but America has snuffed her nose at God (more on that in a later post).  President Barack Obama has been careful not to tip his hand, but his desire for Israel to give up her land, just like his predecessors, is still in the cards.  His number one goal is to destroy America from its current state of democracy from the Constitution to a socialist state is taken him longer, but now that he has four more years, and those who voted for him are willing participants.  The reason why I bring this up is Israel has a bigger threat, and that is Iran with nuclear capability, and a president who would love to see her obliterated from the face of the earth.  If he does, he will meet the God of Jacob and he will not like His anger aroused.
I will bring up a couple more, number 6, 8 and 11.  Given in to thy pleasures, the Hebrew translation could be better translated as "self-pleasures."  Currently, America, including the church, seems to be enamored by materials, wealth and the power associated with it.  As of this writing, America has rung up a debt around $16.5T dollars.  To put this in perspective, it would take 16,500 BILLIONAIRES to pay one billion each to pay off the debt.  Sad part is, that doesn't include interest and the seizure of the government stopping its borrowing AND spending.
America loves its self seeking pleasures.  Iphones, ipads, Nike shoes, and the like are sought after with fervency, people standing in line to purchase the newest model to brag to their friends.  Black Friday is the biggest show of greed, where businesses now are willing to open Thanksgiving night and stay open through the night to collect the almighty dollar.  Lines begin the day before, waiting outside hoping to get the best deal.  Lately, there have been videos of people shoving others just to get a two dollar deal at a WalMart store.
Pornography is a multi-billion dollar business, with the ability to keep men and women in hidden sin, confined in the comforts of their homes.  People act like they can't live without their smartphones, not caring that their government is tracking every thing they do.  When I lived south of Dallas for one year, I drove by some run down neighborhoods, where the cars were worth  more than two to four times the place it was parked.  The attitude was the owners wanted to look good to their friends.  Somehow, many believers have been led to believe that more and better material possessions is a sign of God's blessings.  It couldn't be further than the truth.  We want more, but not of Him.  Just a sign of His blessings.
Number eleven is about bragging of itself.  America WAS the number one in military, force, and even could boast of its education.  Not anymore. America couldn't finish the job in Vietnam, a country that may have been fortified by China but not even one tenth its size.  Yet, we still continue to play dominion for the world and now the government has put the military on hold or cuts, which will undermine our ability to help defend Israel (which I believe our President does not wish to do).  Ultimately, with America out of the way, it will leave Israel no choice but to pray and rely on the God of Israel, for the Jewish country is the apple of His eye.
Number eight should be the biggest of all - the loss of children.  Since the legalization of Roe vs. Wade (incidentally a couple days ago was the fortieth anniversary), over 55 million abortions have been committed.  There may be more that are unaccounted for, but God has each hair counted, and His mercy will eventually run out for repentance.
The aforementioned Scripture that led this blog view says that a moment will come where He will have to judge us, especially for all the children that never got to live their lives.  More disturbing, is our government is endorsing taxpayer money to fund Planned Parenthood and abortions all around the world.  The number America has "paid for" is unknown to man but not to God.  I believe it will happen sooner or later that the number that God has set that will tip His scales of justice will come, and America will pay - an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.  Every blood that was shed must be paid in kind, since America has not repented for its deeds and refuses to acknowledge God through the covenant from the Founding Fathers.  Our current government has promised under oath to uphold the Constitution yet, in the span of a year, of now passed laws restricting free speech around political personnel and the Second Amendment is now under attack through executive orders from a President who HATES Congress and the checks and balances that the three ring government should provide.  Our government has come to a place where the Second Amendment is the only thing preventing it from total control.  Pride has taken new meaning in our government.
When will this day of reckoning come?  America is the daughter of Babylon.  She has played the harlot to a T.  The church needs to pray according to Nehemiah and Daniel and ask for God's forgiveness of their sins and their forefathers sins as they were their own.  I am hoping my children will enjoy the freedoms I did as a child, but the church needs to get off its derriere, stop seeking self-pleasure, and truly find God through repentance.  If it doesn't happen soon, I pray the rapture isn't far away.

Blessings,

Michael

Today's Gospel of Sodom and Gomorrah

Genesis 13:13
But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the Lord exceedingly.

Genesis 18:20
    And the Lord said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

We won't admit this is hapening in America today.  The church won't dare call this country Babylon.  Yet, all her sins have to be nauseating toward God.  Its ways has to be causing the Almighty to turn His back and remove His hand, finger by finger, away from this once great nation.  The REAL sad part is watching His children come more and more into its sin of prosperity and want more and more each day.
There is coming a day when this nation can no longer avoid God's judgment upon her, and don't believe for a second that the church will not be part of the sentence.  It will, and there is a good chance it will get a more deserving punishment, since it should know better.  America's iniquity is no longer hidden, as this is now exposed for all the world to see.  Its desire for prosperity is now its moral compass, its thirst for success overrides its needs to do things right.  Since it no longer serves the God of Abraham, the Bible is not the guidance for learning of history, and America is proving it is doomed to repeat it.
In the book of Jeremiah, much of his preparation was to warn Israel of its upcoming captivity and her need to submit to the new government.  In chapter 28, Hananiah plays the role of a "prosperity prophet," giving "encouraging words" to the people that no matter the circumstances, God will see us through with no harm.  Jeremiah prophesies that yokes of wood would be placed on the people, a symbol that it will be temporary and easily broken when the times comes.  As Hananiah speaks, he breaks the wood as a symbol of God breaking the yoke.  The response is one that today's church would not acknowledge as well:

Jeremiah 28:13-14
Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron. [14] For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.

To top it off, Jeremiah prophesied that when these words came to pass, Hananiah would be found hiding under a bed.  As the Bible confirms, the people ignore the true warning and held on the false words from Hananiah, and the captivity began under Nebuchadnezzar.
From my standpoint, there is a dilemma considering America, because she is no playing the role of the great harlot written in Revelations.  America boasts of her "freedom," freedom of women's rights to kill innocent unborn babies.  Her freedom to brag of religious freedom, but not concerning Christianity.  Her wealth to help other nations, in which some are glad to accept our money, only to use it against her citizens around the world.  We help other countries with thier abortions, endorsing throughout the world our desire to rid ourselves from many in the coming generation.  We are know opening ourselves up to complete removal of God when churches and states now endorse homosexuality, while calling on Him to bless us.
How can God bless us with so much open sin?  Sodom and Gmorrah were so openly wicked in God's eyes, there was not ten among them.  Lot became so enticed by her prosperity, he eventually moved into the walls and gave up his inheritance when he separated from Abraham.  The Body of Christ continues to replace the lines of standard that the Holy Spirit wrote in the Bible for ours, which is more attainable through our flesh.  We change the image of God more into the golden calf, one that is more manageable for out lifestyle than living at His staandards.  We cannot see through the smoke we create, believing this is the glory cloud of God when it is the dust from the graves we dig relunctantly.  We don't care of conviction for us, only blessings that we no longer deserve.
Christians have been blind to the upcoming destruction of America and her sins.  We are told to believe God will protect us from any upheavals, but Israel has been down this road twice, yet, we do not see the same for us.  Even Daniel was sent along in captivity, and was obedient to the government up to the point where it conflicted with God's law and will.  I could not find anywhere in the Bible where the nonbelievers and sinners were held captive, but the obedient remained.  All but a few were taken.  Also remember that if Daniel wasn't sent away with the rest of Israel, the dreams the Nebuchadnezzar had may not had been translated, which also was prophesy, including the last days empire.
Why is it that 2 Chronicles 7:14 is often quoted but seldom used?  It takes a great multitude to come in agreement, but with many churches and denominations not in unity for the basic foundation of Christianity, it is easily understandable why it isn't happening.
There are some who believe America is going to have another civil war, and the possiblitiy exists.  Our rights are slowly being taken away by a government that is gradually turning from democratic to socialistic.  The kingdom that Christians should be seeking and desiring to live under is monarchy based.  America is in the path of economic collapse, the future realization of another dust bowl looks possible, makes me wonder how much longer God will allow in His grace for us to repent or pass judgment.
I believe something is going to happen soon, though I won't make predictions, for God is a righteous Judge and He knows the best and worst of America.  My fear is He will look at America's churches and judge them first, asking them why did we not intercede for her.  I am not saying there ISN'T Christians praying for her to repent, I just believe there isn't enough people and the church is only seeking for themselves.  It is difficult for me to see this country on the path she is on, and how my children will not be able to enjoy the freedom I did when I was their age.
Lastly, many times in the book of Acts, there was preaching among the oppression of the Romans, and many were getting born again.  When the government gets into this position (which I believe may happen before 2016), this is when the final days of God's great mecry will come forth.  Only from the Christians who have joy among the worst of circumstances will the good news reach the hearts of those hardened with self and sin.  Hope we will be ready.

Blessings,

Michael

Suffering and other Scriptures avoided

Hebrews  5:8
    Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

This is a subject you will rarely hear, if any, from the pulpit of an American church.  Many believers don't want to hear it, many preachers won't teach it, for it may scare their congregation away to other churches.  Yet, from the above Scripture, even Jesus learned obedience through suffering.  Before his crucifixion, he was beaten, humiliated, and when he was returned to Pontius Pilate, good chance he was unrecognizable.  But Jesus knew this was the will of His father, and he was obedient throughout the ordeal.
American churches want to embrace the "good" in the good news, but have a contorted view of it.  Bigger bank accounts and more material possessions is our view of prosperity and God's blessings.  We take in simple accounts of Paul's writings in jail, but refuse to acknowledge WHAT those prisons were like, yet, he considered it all joy.
There is no comparison of prisons today to what it was like in the first century.  No cable, no soft beds to lay on, no heated indoors, no decent meals.  Usually old bread, shackled on hard, unkempt dirt floors.  Very little room to stress out, good chance rats roomed with the prisoners.  Dungy would be a word to be used lightly to describe the conditions of being a recipient.  Paul saw this as an honor of his Christian walk.
Another portion of Scriptures that gets ignored is the last few verses in Hebrews 11, better known as the faith chapter.  Interesting to note why we avoid to discuss these verses, because it does not sound pleasant at all, especially to the Word of Faith movement.  Truly, this can't be faith in the God of all promises, the God that loves us, the Almighty that will be our Rock, our Shelter, our tower of refuge.  Yet, these verses are in the Bible, so it is time to look at them.

Hebrews 11:34-40
Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. [35] Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: [36] And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: [37] They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; [38] (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. [39] And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: [40] God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

Doesn't look like anything that wants to be promoted as faith.  But God is deeply honored by those who go through deep persecutions, tribulations, imprisonments and beatings for the faith for Him.  Tortures still take place today from people who either hate Jesus or other that would interfere in their belief.  Christians were stoned, killed on the spot, and rejected even by the same family and people they entrusted maybe just weeks or days before.  David was chased for many years by a man who he looked up to, priests were slain just for protecting David, and many of the original apostles were killed in insane ways for their faith in Jesus.  And the bottom line remains in v.39, received not the promise...but God provided a better thing.
We tend to hold on to so many promises that we neglect the greatest promise of all, the Cross.  The Bible is replete with promises of God, and we desire to hold on the ones that require less effort on our part.  The writer of Hebrews expressed those who were willing to give their lives to save it in the end.  Their promise was theirs in eternity, not what they could get in this life.  For some reason, American churches prefer to get the promises now, and not wait for a better one.  These people in the above Scriptures wanted the promise that suffering brings, and God honored it.
Lastly, this is a Scripture that only the brave in the pulpit will preach:
1 Cor. 5:1-7
It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife. [2] And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you. [3] For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, [4] In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, [5] To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. [6] Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? [7] Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

Who wants to send a person to the devil, but Paul admonishes the church to do so.  The sin was so obvious to the people, but no one did a thing.  Ironic that Paul found out about it while in prison, and the church was glorying in their works but not dealing with sin, especially adultery.  Paul said their egos was puffed up, when they should have mourned that leaven had gotten into the "bread."  Thus, he was telling the church to give this person over to the devil, so his flesh may be destroyed.
I dated a woman on and off for sixteen months until I could not take it any more.  I proceeded to pray for her for two weeks almost every night until God intervened and took away the burden.  He brought forth 1 Samuel 16:1 to me and I knew what happened.  He put her in a position to pick between her flesh or the spirit on which man she wanted (she was sexually involved with another man at that time).  God told me he rejected her as a possible mate and told me I cannot pray for her any more.  This was actually a blessing, because God opened the door for another woman in my life, who is now my wonderful wife of almost twelve years.
America has been ruined by her riches that God has blessed her with, and many churches have begun to followed suit.  I do not want to be persecuted, beaten, tortured and left for dead.  No one wants to have a gun pointed at their head and demanded to renounce Jesus, but it does happen in the world, and America may be next.  Note that it was the religious leaders in Jesus time that had Him arrested, beaten and tortured, not the world.  The Romans were only the vessels of the beatings, just taking orders.
We should never glory of any one if we know they are in sin.  We need to keep each other accountable, but those who are suffering for Christ need to be lifted up instead of considering they are being attacked because of their life.  It takes great discernment and the willingness to use it to understand.  Many in the Middle East countries, (esp. now Egypt) and China face much persecution, and they know the ramifications, and they are willing to pay the price.  Also, since many believe we are in the last days, the Great Tribulation just won't happen in one day, it will gradually open the door.  If any have read my previous posts on what I feel is America's direction, and having a president that has bent more in the Islam than his claim on Christianity, concerns me and my faith in Christ.  The godly shall be persecuted (2 Timothy 3:12), so if you have been a Christian for quite a few years and your faith hasn't been tested, you may need to reevaluate your walk.
Suffering isn't bad, if we know it is God who is honored by it and through it.

Blessings,

Michael

Hebrides Revival

Isaiah 44:3-4
For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: [4] And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.

On a small remote island of the northwestern coast of Scotland in 1949, two elderly women fervently prayed the above Scriptures.  One was blind, the other in severe arthritis.  Yet, these two women God could not ignore in their constant seeking of the LORD to come to the island of Lewis.  How could one expect God to come to this group of islands, but He did.  Reverend Duncan Campbell went out there to begin a two week evangelical meeting but he had no idea that God, in His holiness would spread out to bring sinners and backsliders alike.  Drinking places and dance halls were touched, and when God arrived there, ALL of them emptied it in a matter of minutes, running to the church.  Others could not take the burden of the sinful lifestyle any longer, crowding the police station in the amazement of Mr. Campbell.  A boy of fifteen started a simple prayer with just one word released from his lips - Father.  People were crying for His mercy in sincere and godly repentance.
In one town, resistance was met by a pastor and his congregation but that did not stop God.  People from around the town and neighborhoods came to meet in a field, where the Word, singing of psalms, and wretched people met God for the first time, and did all what was needed to bring themselves to Him.  This went on on this group of islands for three to four years.
The church brags of the Toronto Outpouring, and the Brownsville and Pensacola Revivals (I will not mention the Lakeland Outpouring here, that I can not include in this debate).  Many boast of saying of His presence and manifestations in these meetings, but somehow this is limited to believers.  In the Hebrides Revival, this was so powerful born out of prayer, that it touched those who were powerless in Christ and the sinners.  Meetings were done SIX TIMES A DAY until usually four in the morning.  Then it would start again, wave after wave.  People who witnessed this revival are on video through YouTube, though I do not know if any are still alive to carry on the word of its happenings.
I have been in churches in the past who have bragged of His presence, but I believe people are satisfied with the drop in the bucket compared to what He truly is.  If His presence was so strong, why aren't those outside being drawn in?  Why isn't there true repentance?  No examination of our lives within the church?  Is there any conviction of sin coming from the pulpit?  Understand, this includes me as well.
I sat down late one night pondering what would be needed to have this happen where I am right now.  What is missing?  What are we really seeking?  Is it His hands, or His face?  How much are we willing to give up just to be with Him?  Bigger question is, why aren't we?
In Deuteronomy 5, The Word gives an interesting clue of what happens from a human's view:
Deut. 5:24-26
And ye said, Behold, the Lord our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth. [25] Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the Lord our God any more, then we shall die. [26] For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?

How is it that the Israelites can say that God can speak to a man and he LIVES, but if they spoke to them, they would die?  It all has to do with their heart and their willingness to change.  Moses live in riches of Egypt and he gave it all away.  The Israelites live in wretched conditions, and at times wanted to go back to bondage.  Later, God gave Moses the answer of why the people stayed their distance from Him:
Deut. 5:29
O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!

Churches are teaching Jesus is their friend, but ignore His royalty.  He is the King of kings, and the Lord of lords.  He sits on the throne next to His Father, and we treat Him as Someone much less than who He is.  No fear of the LORD is manifested, no respect for Him at all.  Some rather answer their phone, drink their latte, or lounge around some more in the lobby while worship starts.  With what I have read from the Hebrides Revival, no entertainment was needed to attract people, no fancy conferences, just Him.  All because of two women who desired Enochs that knew God then Elijahs who want to flaunt His power.
We are so afraid to offend people with the Truth that we are powerless to convict the world, because we have allowed more of the secular to invade our spiritual life.  I will admit these words need to impact my spirit, and it is slowly taking effect.  I have wondered if it is possible in today's churches for a revival similar to the Hebrides Revival.  Yes, I know anything is possible, so I will not rule it out but in our condition and what we are seeking, are we truly hunting for what we need or what we want?  For some reason, the church needs to be renovated in its thinking, and I am not saying I have the definitive answer, for I am seeking it as well.
One last note:  I watched a video on YouTube from a women who experienced the power of God in those islands.  She sang a song how they were all saved the old fashioned way.  Why do we seek new ways when the old way worked the best?
My philosophy is from the old Dakota proverb -
"If you are riding a dead horse, the best option is to dismount."
If what I am doing is not working, it needs to change.  Maybe the church needs to see it as well.

The Blessing of Nothing

Deut. 10:1-5,8-9
At that time the Lord said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood. [2] And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark. [3] And I made an ark of shittim wood, and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in mine hand. [4] And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the Lord spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the Lord gave them unto me. [5] And I turned myself and came down from the mount, and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the Lord commanded me.  At that time the Lord separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of the Lord, to stand before the Lord to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day. [9] Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the Lord is his inheritance, according as the Lord thy God promised him.

In America, this is an oxymoron.  Many sermons and ministries have preached and taught that Jesus came to make us rich, that we are to prosper above the world.  Our mindset becomes like Jabel and Solomon, where we are to enlarge our borders, enrich our bank accounts in a show that God is blessing us.  Many are partaking in the belief that if we are prosperous, then God is doing that work for us.  From my standpoint, then Bill Gates is the godliest man on the planet and the Apostle Paul is in hell.  The Word says we would prosper as our soul prospers.  The questions remains - how was Paul "prospering" in prison while others who seem to have everything are not prospering at all?

I ordered a ebook on Amazon which I stumbled upon by accident (as I think about it, I don't believe this to be the case now) while researching other books.  Lately, I have been going to the archives in the churches to find sermons and books from the old time preachers.  Two nights ago, I came across "The Pursuit of God" by A. W. Tozer, and the forward was dated June 16, 1948, which is a generation before my time.  I scanned the book last night and came across a chapter called Blessing From Nothing, which deeply intrigued my thinking to the point where I fell asleep and, every time I awoke (I currently have frozen shoulder, so it happens quite frequently) I pondered about this new revelation.

This came onto me in a few different directions.  Anyone who has heard my testimony knows that I was living in homeless shelters for over five years.  At one point, I had only three days worth of close, and old pair of shoes, and two cassette tapes to my name.  Everything else was gone.  I came to hear of Jesus through mandatory Bible studies held at the shelter, but at the time was not known of the Holy Spirit.  I had nowhere to go, nowhere to turn, what I saw in the men who were there held no value except to their own selfishness, but I wanted more.  There on a bed at night sometime in March, 1993, I cried out to Jesus and began to read the Bible.

Throughout my life, I never held much of anything.  While in the Navy, people would steal from you if the chance was available.  I have lost money, clothing, anything that they wanted, they would take.  Even in the shelter, my cassette tapes were taken, even in the middle of winter, someone stole a pair of bowling shoes from me.  I don't know why, because bowling shoes have no treads and make terrible walking on snow, nut it happened.  Desperate people will do desperate things, but what they want determines their motive.

In the book, all I scanned in the chapter was about Levi and his sons inheritance in relation to his brothers.  What was interesting was the sons of Levi were given no land at all, the other eleven were given a portion of land.  Their job was to minister to the LORD.  Through the annual sacrifices, God provided their food and living, there was no tilling of the land, no guarding of the sheep, just being at the tabernacle.

God separated the sons of Levi to minister for the people in His presence.  They were to be prepared to be in His presence every day, and they were the only tribe that God allowed to carry the ark of the covenant.  This is significant to me, is that they had nothing compared to the other tribes in materials, but they had everything when it came to being near God.  They had the privilege to bring His presence into battle, they had the right to "intercede" for the people, they were able to walk in the Holy of Holies, if their heart was fully prepared with the sacrifice of those who came.  In today's vernacular, they had NOTHING but they had EVERYTHING.

I understand as Christians, we are to be living under grace, not the law, and the Levite priests were constituted under the law.  If there was any precedence for today, then this should not have been written in the Word for us.  Being in prison, Paul was still joyful that God was with him, though he had nothing.  In Acts, people were selling materials and throwing the money at the apostles feet.  Do we do that today?   And I will readily admit, with the struggles I go through, tithing is hard with the little I have.  With the reading of those Scriptures above, my philosophy has changed.

Think about this in another direction.  If you had a glass and you began to fill it up with stuff you wanted, than ask for God for His presence, how much room would there be left in the glass?  Some maybe would dump it out and buy a bigger glass, but then get MORE stuff in hopes of saying we are walking with God.  Others may attempt to empty the glass before Sunday, get "His fill" of God, then leave church and place materials and idols back in the glass until next Sunday.

Please note the reason I am saying this is I am just as guilty.  I began filling my chalice with idol worship and self-centeredness and wondered why God wasn't in my life.  I know why, I left no room for Him to come in anymore.  Getting a bigger glass will only allow you to get more and more.  Now I see how Paul could count it all joy about tribulation.  Sounds like Paul had a Levi thought, the LORD is my inheritance.

Now I know why Paul asked the Corinthians to rid themselves of all filth (2 Corinthians 7:1), why he said not to be yoked with unbelievers and those who have no resolve for the truth (2 Corinthians 6:14-17), and why we are to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith (2 Corinthians 13:5), it is for us to make complete room for the Holy Spirit to fill us more and more.  I know there are things we need to do and have, we are to work, provide for our families, pay bills, even have fun and rest, but we need to make time and prioritize what is utmost importance.  Do we want to carry the presence of God as the Levites or just bring our sacrifices to church, and let someone else come in to His presence?  We all have the right to come in His presence, for the veil has being torn.

As far as me and my house, we will SERVE the LORD.  There will come a time, and I believe it will be soon and in my lifetime, where you will need to carry His presence to stand against the world that despises His Son.   How much of His presence your chalice will hold will determine the atmosphere.

Lastly, I remember reading about a pastor asked to join Smith Wigglesworth for a time of communion with the LORD.  After ten minutes, the atmosphere became so thick and heavy the pastor had to crawl outside.  Imagine that experience of His presence, and maybe it will happen to me, but I am still learning to empty my chalice.  What if we could bring that type of atmosphere to the churches, then to the outside?  Why haven't we?

We need to have the Levites walk.  Enoch did.  All he wanted was Him, and God couldn't take it any more, and He translated Enoch.  Can we prepare ourselves every day to be with Him in our prayer closet?  How much will your cup hold?  How far as we willing to walk into His presence?  Once you become satisfied, you may have another item in your cup that needs to be removed.  I hope one day soon my cup will be empty, to have nothing, so I can have everything, which is Jesus.  I need all of Him.

Blessings,

Michael

America and her wickedness

If true history was to be taught in schools today, it should be noted of two Americas, one pre-1960 and the other post-1960.  The changes that have occured from around 1960 is astronomical.  It isn't the note of Roe vs Wade in 1973, and just the Supreme Court actions in 1962 that began the removal of God from government and classrooms, it has been the moral decay in society that has accumulated since around that time.  The worst part is in the last few years, it has accelerated exponentially to where there is little to hide from its madness.
We have had Columbine to Virginia Tech to Sandy Hook with school shootings.  Aurora, CO, witnessed a mass shooting ina movie premiere showing of the latest Dark Knight movie.  Murder suicides have become so commonplace that it seems to be desensitizing our mind of such violence.  Video games are becoming so realistic in its portrayal of violence of gore it is getting difficult to differentiate reality from fantasy.  Hollywood has been the hypocrites of society, as many actors and actresses denounce gun advocates but play in roles where shooting and killing are routine.  Interesting to some movie goers is G-rated movies outgross many horror and action/suspense movies, yet, Hollywood continues its creation of such "adrenaline" movies.  Even many media outlets have become ignorant of many issues that should be reported, unless it benefits those who they donate to.
America is now the propagation of filth, from the porn industry, cartoons that hold much adult content, comedians that now believe foul language is appropriate for laughter, arguments of racism, and now certain lawmakers are believing the best way to deal with lawbreakers is to punish society as a whole.  Sexual innuendo is the new normal for television shows, even the Family Feud has questions that normally shouldn't be asked within earshot of children.
The church has been doing all it can to walk the fence to attract the outside into its walls.  Worship has now gone "mainstream," with bigger churches bringing concert lights and projector screen for words and fancy effects.  Christian music continues to move the line in its subtle means to follow the secular industry to obtain new crowds.  The minority (of sorts) is going after any and all forms of Christianity in America today, hoping to remove it to its four walls, where it can finally find the nail in the coffin to eradicate ts existence.
We currently have an executive administration that will not have any accountability for its action, and a legislative branch that has become toothless to hold checks and balances.  The judicial branch is now infected with liberal judges who demand man over God mentality, and purposely ignores the cries from the conservatives for their views yet, stomps loudly when their own voice yelps from the pit of their destruction.  Our government has raised the debt limit twice in the last four years but is more than willing to put ours, and yours, children future at stake,  This "give me my share now" mentality sucks for a generation that does not deserve this treatment from such a selfish people.
While the church stands by, crying out for Jesus to return soon, the enemy is laughing at our selfish behavior.  We seek more of God's hands but not repentance to bring us closer to God.  We want His blessings but want the Blesser to remain a distance away, for fear our lifestyle will fall way short of His standards.  We want encouragement, but open to ignore the rest of the message.  Pulpits fear the people walking away to another church, thus, preach a watered down message to keep them coffers filled with believers who hold no living water.  And we wonder why the same amount of believers walk out of our churches as well as the ones we witness to.
I have seen churches who are so full of their "manifestations" and the money they can bring in, and brag of their ministries these cannot find a way to help those in need.  They boast of all they help they give to other missions and ministries but they neglect those right under the noses.  Churches that are close to death will never admit their need for spiritual life support.  Believers have become lazy in some areas, accustomed to Scriptures and teachings placed on projector screens, with no ability to discern if the teaching is correct and spirit filled.  Bibles are left on the shelf, some trusting new versions saved on their smartphones, even willing to answer the phones ans walk out during the service.
understand, I have a degree in technology and I am looking ahead for more knowledge through college courses in the future, but our dependency isn't on phones, computers and the internet.  We are now induced to have relationships and conversations with technology instead of face to face, and this is including our Savior and God.
You cannot avoid the dysfunction of the world today.  Lawsuits over the silliest things, removal of a cross in the desert, one guy sued a small mom-n-pop dry cleaning for $40M because his suit wasn't perfect.  (The plaintiff was a judge himself and, no, it was thrown out frivolously.)  Some listen to comedians and those who spew hate for our news and information.  Kids coming out of high school, the majority of them can't even name states and capitals, the government system, but they can instantly remember what goes on in Hollywood and music.  We truly are a decadent society.
The scenarios are not good for the future.  The Bible clearly warns us of the upcoming Great Tribulation, and it gives the season before it happens.  We are IN that season of time.  Lawlessness will abound, the love (agape) will grow cold among the church.  eventually, our right to speak the name of Jesus will come with a price only a few will pay.  Our economy will collapse, God will remove His final part of protection over us, and the door will be open for the antichrist to come forth, then how far will encouraging words take you?
His grace will take you so far, His mercy endures forever, but the what will you fear in this time, man or God?  The true test won't come from your mouth, it will come through the actions of the time.
I hope I do the right thing.

Blessings,

Michael

Sift You As Wheat

Luke 22:31-34
And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: [32] But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. [33] And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death. [34] And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

Since the beginning of the near year, I have the desire to be prepared for the persecution that is to come to America.  Deep down, I do pray that America would repent and forsake its wicked ways but we must be ready if it doesn't do so.  Sadly, I hear much on social networks were people are trying to bring encouragement to a darkened world.  The only reason I can be against such words is it never brings preparation that the Bible says we are to be facing in the last days.

This Scripture has fascinated me in ways that baffle many others in the faith.  It seems that many people believe that when Satan comes forth to attack us, we are to fight against or rebuke him.  In some cases, it may hold true but when it comes in this area, Jesus did no such thing.  In fact, He was ALLOWING it through Peter.  Notice NOWHERE did Jesus rebuke satan for this action, or did He come against the enemy when tortured and humiliated in front of Pontius Pilate, but He did stand His ground by saying nothing.

I believe the persecution of the church of America is coming, and sooner than the church realizes.  We have a government that wants no part of Christianity and atheists groups who spend more time playing the "poor guy" role in every facet, from the Ten Commandments to recitals and lately, a Charlie Brown Christmas.  While these people are raising their voices demanding the eradication of the Christian faith (not even noting the dangers of the Islam belief), the church has turned its back while it seeks its own selfish desires without springing forth the gospel to a world fast on a path to hell.

When we are to face the enemy, there will be times where Jesus will require us to keep the faith face to face.  If we begin to fear man, we begin to relinquish the right to showcase our Father.  When the church is raptured, with the exception of the 144k from the tribes of Israel, there will be no help after the mark has been established on the foreheads or hands.

The determination will see how strong our faith is in the time of sifting.  Sifting in itself is good, though it requires a lot of shaking.  It separates the sheaf and the fruit wheat brings and eventually destroys the pride in us through the humility of its action, thus, the reason why Jesus prayed for Simon Peter to get THROUGH IT, and not avoid it via the enemy's hands.

2013 is my time to prepare my children, my wife and myself mostly.  If you have been baptized by fire, you can understand the fire's two functions in a Christian's life - to burn what is not of worth and to purify what is valuable.  When the fire comes from the enemy, our faith can withstand the attack is it did with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego.  Many of us hope it doesn't come down to a barrel of a gun at our head to test our faith, but the reality is coming closer and closer.  We are watching our freedom being taken away to the point where church will be the only sanctuary, and don't believe for one second the enemy will leave that alone.

How will you stand in the face of sifting?  Will you be prideful until humiliation?  Or will your faith to grow among adversity and persecution?  Jesus warned that even the elect will be deceived, and this word is passing true each day.  As Smith Wiggleworth said (paraphrasing):
"It is easy say you have faith, until you are put in a corner to prove it."
In these latter days, faith will be tested by the fire you go through, and I was ready to walk away many times through these ordeals.  God never let me go, even when I failed Him thousand times over.  Every trial may be different for different walks but the goal is to pass from measure of faith to faith, glory to glory.  "For the godly shall be persecuted" (2 Timothy 3:12).  Only two things will occur, if you haven't been persecuted for your faith, it will either be that you are not a threat to the enemy, or it will happen.
I hope those who read this will be prepared.  I hope I will.  America as we knew it won't exist much longer.   That's what happens when God is removed and He takes His protection with it.  Perfect opportunities for the enemy to take His place, and we are willing people.  His mercy may last forever, but will it be there when America finalizes His total exodus and usher in the Great Tribulation?
Will the church be ready?  Will it rebuke the enemy when God is using him for His purpose?  Will your faith stand?

For Him,

Michael
